We will give you a suggestion on how to structure your projects and tasks quickly and efficiently.

Step 1 –
Project naming

Create numbers that match your company structure.

In our example, the numbers 10-00 to 40-00 were used for internal business tasks and the numbers 60-00 to 90-00 were used for billable external services.

Step 2 –
Subcategories

Select appropriate subcategories for each area.
Also create each subcategory as a project so that your employees can enter their working hours correctly.
